Full stack developer (m/f/d)

REWE digital Spain is located in the Technological Park of Andalusia (PTA) in Malaga. As a team of 50 colleagues, we drive innovation for REWE digital in Germany.

The Incentive Assessment team is looking for a full stack developer. The team plans and manages campaigns, coordinating resources, budgets, and data. Its goal is to drive sales and strengthen customer loyalty through targeted campaigns.

What you will do:

• Development and enhancement of a loyalty program, including the implementation of a campaign planning interface and the underlying technical logic for processing customer events that drive personalized incentive mechanisms.

• Be in close collaboration with different product roles and team members

• Be engaged in the whole product development lifecycle

• Be part of cross-functional international team

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of extensive experience with Java and Spring Framework

• (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)

• Experience with Angular

• Experience with Kafka

• Good understanding of microservice architecture

• Good understanding of relational database concepts

• Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills

• Working experience in Agile product development practices

• Excellence in code quality standards

• Foster a code review and testing culture

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Experience in E2E Testing (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (particularly using GitLab)
