How do I apply for a job?
Under “Jobs,” you’ll find all the open positions at REWE digital. Click through and learn more about the projects and responsibilities that await you in each job posting. If a job is a good fit for you, apply using the “Apply Now” button. You’ll be directed either to the REWE Group career portal or directly to the application form. Both paths lead to us.
What documents do I need to upload with my application?
Your current resume, information about your earliest possible start date and your salary expectations are required. You may also include relevant certificates and a cover letter.
I'm interested in several positions. Can I submit one application for all of them?
It's great that several jobs are a good fit for you! Please apply to each position separately, though, since different departments or teams are often involved in the selection process. Thank you very much!
Can I work remotely?
Yes, you have the option to work remotely up to two days a week. With our flexible work arrangement, we take your individual needs and interests - as well as those of your team - into account. So you’ll decide together how often you’ll meet in the office.
Since, unfortunately, not every job can be done online yet, please bring this up during your initial meeting. Together, we’ll find the best solution for you and your team.

What happens next after applying for an apprenticeship or a dual degree program in IT?
After you submit your application for an apprenticeship or a dual study program, here’s what happens next:
1. Feedback via email- We’ll confirm that we’ve received your documents and send you updates on your application via email. So be sure to check your inbox regularly.
2. Online Test
Take our online test and answer a few questions about yourself and the apprenticeship or dual study program you’ve chosen.
3. Getting to Know Each Other
Tell us about yourself during a phone call and ask us anything you’d like to know about us and your apprenticeship or dual study program.
4. Applicant Day
Join us at one of our locations on Applicant Day so we can find out together if we’re a good fit.
5. Job Offer
If it’s a good fit for us, you’ll receive an offer that we hope you won’t be able to turn down. Now the decision is yours.
What does the online test for applicants to an apprenticeship or a dual degree program look like?
The test takes about 40 to 50 minutes and consists of five to seven different modules - depending on the position you applied for. Once you receive the invitation email, you have five days to complete the test. You can also pause the test after each completed module and finish it at a later time within the allotted period.
If you pass the test, we look forward to getting to know you better during a phone call.
How can I prepare for the phone call that follows the online test when applying for an apprenticeship or a dual degree program?
During the phone call, we’d like to get to know you personally. So please introduce yourself and tell us what motivated you to apply for the apprenticeship or the dual degree program. Just be yourself and take this opportunity to ask us any questions you may have.

What can I expect on the day for applicants to an apprenticeship or a dual degree program?
On Applicant Day, we’ll invite you to one of our locations. You don’t need to do much in the way of preparation, since you can work through all the exercises right here on-site.
To start the day off on a relaxed note, be sure to check the details about your travel arrangements, parking, and so on in advance. It’s best to plan a little extra time in case of unexpected traffic or a train cancellation.
On the day of the event, we’ll explain everything to you in detail. Of course, you’re welcome to ask us questions at any time. Just be yourself and don’t try to put on a show for us. That’s the only way we can really get to know you. We’re looking forward to meeting you.
