What you will do: 

• Use positive communication strategies to support the team in different agile methodologies  
• Use variety of strategies to assist employees in understanding and effectively dealing with agile frameworks 
• Assist employees to adapt to agile practices inside of the teams 
• Support employees in on-going discussions about agile framework and implementation 
• Regular exchange/collaboration with colleagues from Germany and other locations 
• Gain good knowledge of persons and teams for contact and support communication 
• Support close connections between teams 
• Facilitate and moderate the meetings 
• Proactive collaboration with Systemic Coach and Scrum masters in the tribe

What we are looking for: 

• Temporary contract with option for permanent  
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Agile methods 
• Assertiveness, skills in dealing with challenging situations 
• Excellent ability to show the clear picture and transmit complex information via using of various means and methods 
• Encourage the teams to discuss and find the best solution  Intercultural competence and ability to work in team 
• Proactivity and result orientation  Experience with Jira/ Confluence, Miro and other collaborations tools   

Any of the following is a plus: 

• Experience with Jira/ Confluence is plus 
• Technical knowledge will be advantage   
• German language will be advantage
