The so-called MySession Board, which hangs at a central location in the company, was developed analogously to the "From customer to customer! - Board" in the REWE stores. Anyone who is an expert on a specific topic can offer a session by filling out a "Wanted. Found. Learned! - Card" on the board. The offered contents can be very technical as well as generic (e.g. Power Point Skills).
Every employee who has learning needs in one of the offered topics can register by mail with the session provider.
